Payment information itself is handled directly by Razorpay, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card, UPI, or banking details on our own systems.

We use this information to confirm and manage your booking, send confirmation and reminder emails, respond to questions, and — where you’ve agreed to it — keep you updated about Walking Trees. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We only process personal data where there’s a lawful basis to do so: because it’s necessary to fulfil your booking, because you’ve given consent, or because we have a legitimate business interest in doing so (such as fraud prevention or improving our service).
