The most direct route, if you'd rather get here quickly than take in the views along the way. Any taxi or rideshare from Kollam can take this route straight to Nedungolam.
By road — the scenic coastal road
If you're not in a rush, this is genuinely the nicer way to arrive. The coastal road takes you past Kollam Beach, then along the long stretch of Thanni-Pozhikkara beach, before reaching Paravoor — a proper coastal drive rather than just a way to get from A to B. Worth it if you're making a day of the journey itself, not just the destination.
By train
Paravoor is roughly 15–20 minutes from Kollam by train — genuinely fast if your train happens to stop here. Not every train running this route actually stops at Paravoor station, so it's worth checking your specific train's schedule before planning around this option. Once you arrive at Paravoor station, a short taxi ride covers the rest of the way to Nedungolam.
