Everything the Sandbar Kayaking Expedition offers as a destination, reached the easy way. Same physical boat as our Speed Boat, same flat per-boat rate, sixty minutes including time to actually stand on the sandbar rather than just pass it. Along the way, you pass Chithan Thampuran, a small temple island sitting right in the middle of the lake — one of the more striking landmarks on this stretch of water. If the idea of the confluence appeals but paddling several kilometres to reach it doesn't, this is that same view and that same sandbar without the exertion.

Same destination, different means. This is a motorized boat trip — no paddling, no experience required, sixty minutes. The Expedition is a genuine multi-hour kayak paddle for experienced kayakers only.
Do we get to walk on the sandbar itself?
Yes — the session includes time on the sandbar itself, not just a pass-by view from the boat.
What's the black devil snail?
Also called the lava snail — a genuinely uncommon species along India's entire west coast, and one you have a real chance of spotting right here on the sandbar itself.
How does the pricing work for larger groups?
Up to 4 people, it is a flat ₹3,500 — the same rate as Speed Boat, since it is the same boat. Beyond 4 people, we add ₹500 per additional person.
